A long time ago I started creating a wiki based on the idea of a car-less, traffic-less city. It has been necessary to host it elsewhere, but essentially here it is.

Since that time, electric bikes and vehicles have become a lot more prevalent, but that doesn’t change the fact that (non-electric) cycling is one of the most energy-efficient ways for people to move around and therefore should be considered for a stand-alone city. It’s all well-and-good encouraging walking, cycling, running etc, but undoing the car-centricity of modern cities is not always very straightforward.
